Community guidelines

1.The spirit of Dreambit

Dreambit is a place to make games, play what others make, and remix each other’s ideas. Everyone here is 13 or older, and plenty of players are teenagers. Make things you would be happy for anyone to play. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users.

2.Not allowed in games, prompts, titles, comments or profiles

• Sexual content: nudity, sexual acts, fetish content, or anything that sexualizes minors (reported to authorities).
• Hate and harassment: attacks on people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or other protected traits; bullying, threats, or targeting real people.
• Graphic violence: gore, torture, or realistic violence against real people or groups; glorifying terrorism, mass violence or extremist groups.
• Self-harm: content that encourages suicide, self-harm or eating disorders.
• Illegal and dangerous acts: drugs, weapons manufacture, gambling with real money, or instructions for crimes.
• Stolen work: unlicensed copies of existing games, characters, music or art you do not have rights to.
• Privacy violations: other people’s personal information or photos of them without permission.
• Scams and spam: phishing, fake giveaways, requests for money or payment outside the app, deceptive links, or flooding the feed with near-identical games.
• Impersonation: pretending to be another person, creator, brand or Dreambit staff.
• Unsafe games: games that try to collect personal data, break out of the sandbox, or disguise their purpose.

3.Remixing

Published games can be remixed by anyone on Dreambit. Remixes should add something of your own. A remix must follow these guidelines even if the original did not, and the original creator is credited automatically.

4.Reporting and blocking

Use the report option on any game, comment or profile to flag it. Block someone from their profile or a game’s menu to hide their content and stop them interacting with you. Reports are reviewed by our team, normally within 24 hours. Games with several reports are hidden automatically while we review them.

5.What happens when rules are broken

Prompts that break these rules are refused before a game is built. Content that slips through is removed when we find it or when it is reported. Depending on severity we may warn you, remove content, restrict features, or permanently ban your account without notice. Severe violations, such as anything involving minors, lead to an immediate ban and may be reported to law enforcement.

6.Questions and appeals

If you think we made a mistake, email help@delusional.gg from the email address on your account. These guidelines are part of our Terms of Service.
